Privacy Policy

We collect information that you provide, information generated when you use the website or product, and limited information from service providers who help us operate the service.

• Account and contact details: name, mobile number, email address, organisation name and role.
• Business and KYC details that a financer or borrower submits during onboarding, such as identity and address information required to use the workspace.
• Loan and payment records entered by authorised users. These are operational records. LONEDetail does not collect borrower loan repayments.
• Billing details needed to process subscription payments, including name, email, GST details where provided, and payment status returned by Razorpay. We do not store full card numbers or UPI PINs.
• Support communications, including emails and messages sent through the contact page.
• Technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, date and time of access, and cookie identifiers.

We use information for the following purposes:

• To create and maintain accounts, authenticate users and provide the LONEDetail workspace.
• To process subscription payments, invoices, cancellations and refunds.
• To send service messages, including OTP, login, onboarding and billing notices.
• To respond to sales, support and grievance requests.
• To secure the service, prevent fraud, abuse and unauthorised access.
• To measure website performance and improve reliability.
• To meet legal, tax, accounting and regulatory obligations in India.

We process information to perform a contract with you, to take steps at your request before a contract, to comply with law, and where needed for our legitimate interests in operating and securing the service. Where consent is required, we will ask for it and you may withdraw it without affecting processing that we must continue by law or contract.

We do not sell personal information. We share information only with parties who need it to provide LONEDetail or because the law requires it.

• Hosting, storage and infrastructure providers.
• Payment processors such as Razorpay, who receive billing and transaction data to complete subscription payments, refunds and settlements.
• Communications providers used for OTP, email or similar service messages.
• Analytics providers used on the public website, such as Google Analytics when enabled.
• Professional advisers and authorities where disclosure is required by law, regulation, court order or to protect rights, safety or the integrity of the service.
• A successor entity if we reorganise or transfer the business, subject to this policy or equivalent protection.

We keep information for as long as the account is active and for a further period required for billing, dispute handling, tax, audit and legal obligations. Typical subscription and invoice records are retained for at least eight years where Indian tax rules require it. Support records are usually kept for two years after the enquiry is closed unless a longer period is needed.

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organisational measures to protect information, including access controls, encrypted transit where supported, and restricted staff access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Subject to applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 where it applies, you may request access, correction, updating, or deletion of personal information, or withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. You may also raise a grievance using the details in this policy.

LONEDetail is intended for businesses and adult users. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe we have done so, contact us and we will delete it.

The service is offered from India. Some processors may store or access information outside India. Where that happens, we use providers who offer appropriate contractual and security protections.
