LONEDetail is a digital loan-management workspace. Financers can record borrowers, loans, repayment schedules and payments received outside the platform. Borrowers can view information their financer shares with them.

LONEDetail is not a lender, bank, NBFC, payment gateway for borrower loan repayments, escrow, credit bureau, collection agency, or legal, tax or investment adviser. Recording a loan or payment in LONEDetail does not mean LONEDetail disbursed money or collected money from a borrower.

You must provide accurate information, keep login details confidential, and use the service only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for activity under your account and for having authority to enter borrower and loan information.

• Do not attempt to access another user’s account or data.
• Do not upload unlawful, infringing or misleading information.
• Do not interfere with security, rate limits or the operation of the service.
• Do not use LONEDetail to collect or process payments as if LONEDetail were the lender or payment collector.
• Do not reverse engineer, resell or misuse the software except as allowed by law.

Paid plans, features and prices are published on the Pricing page. Prices are in Indian Rupees and exclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. We may change plans or prices prospectively; existing paid periods are honoured until they end.

Subscription payments for LONEDetail software are processed by Razorpay or another authorised payment partner. By paying, you also agree to the payment partner’s terms. A successful payment grants electronic access to the selected plan as described in the Shipping and Delivery Policy.

Invoices, GST details and billing questions may be sent to hey@loandetail.com or hey@loandetail.com. Cancellation, refunds and chargebacks are governed by the Cancellation and Refund Policy.

You retain rights in the information you submit. You grant LONEDetail a limited licence to host, process and display that information solely to provide the service. We do not claim ownership of your borrower or loan records.

You are responsible for the accuracy of records you enter and for complying with lending, data-protection and other laws that apply to your business.

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify features, perform maintenance, or suspend access for security, legal or operational reasons.

The website and software are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that use of LONEDetail will achieve any lending, recovery or regulatory outcome.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law, including liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Subject to that, LONEDetail is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. Our total liability for claims arising out of the service in a twelve-month period is limited to the subscription fees you paid to LONEDetail for that period, or INR 5,000 if you have not paid a subscription fee.

You may stop using the service at any time and cancel a paid plan under the Cancellation and Refund Policy. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the service. After termination we may delete or retain data as described in the Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Sonipat, Haryana have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any non-waivable consumer rights.
